Wednesday 4-5pm "Mini Athletics" (ages 5-8), Inverclyde Academy
5pm Strength & Conditioning, Inverclyde Academy (Junior & Senior)
Thursday 5pm-6pm Outdoor running session (on grass), Battery park
5pm-6.30pm Sprint & Middle Distance Track sessions, Ravenscraig Stadium
Friday Friday night "Run, Jump, Throw" sessions, Inverclyde Academy
Saturday 10.30am Saturday Sessions, location dependent on group and time of year
Sunday 9am Sunday long runs, location dependent on group and time of year
